Remove the lower guard (4) by loosening the
screws on each side of the guard.
Remove the guard (4).
Use the spanner (10) to lock the axis engine.
With the hex key(11), loosen the mounting nut
from the motor spindle and remove it.
Slide the outer flange.
Install the blade (2). Note: pay attention to the
correct direction of the rotation of the blade.
Reposition the outer flange and thread and
tighten the arbor nut and secure the blade (2).
Reposition the lower guard (4) and secure it with
its screws.
Note: When replacing the blade (2), make sure
to properly place the plastic cover between the
crankcase and the blade (2) in order to avoid that
the blade (2) touches the guard during operation.

Installing the water tank (3)

Place the water tank (3) as low as possible
underneath the blade (2).
Then completely fill the water tank (3). This tank
(3) is used to cool the blade (2) during operation and
to reduce the quantity of dust when cutting. Be sure
that the water tank (3) is always properly filled with
water.

Installing the parallel guide (8)

Install the guide (8) at the desired width of cut. To do
this, unscrew the knobs for clamping the guide (6)
located on both sides of the parallel guide (8) and
adjust the width of cut, then tighten the two knobs
(6).

Initial operation

Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted
on the tool identification plate.
