Video Clock Generator
The PC uses an XXX as a video clock generator, providing the dot clock of up to 135 MHz
and the memory clock for the video section. If the video mode required is greater than 135
MHz then the frequency doubler in the XXX DAC must be enabled by the BIOS driver.
