Step 12: Installing an HDD

Remove the four screws at
the top center of the HDD cage
(these are spares for a second
hard disk drive).
Step 13: Adding/Replacing DIMMs
To remove the original
DIMM (slot A), release retaining
clips and pull the DIMM up and
out of the memory slot. (The
HDD cage must be removed to
do this.)
Slide the HDD into the cage.
Step 12: Installing an HDD
Use the four screws removed in
to secure the new HDD through the holes
at the sides of the HDD cage.
To install additional DIMMs in
slots C and D, it is not necessary to
remove the HDD cage (Step 11).
