Voicemail

Voicemail is an automatic answering
service offered by your phone service
provider. This service can also record
calls when you are unavailable to
answer the phone or when your line
is busy. Messages are recorded on
the phone company system. When
you have new messages
displayed if message indication
service is available. Please contact
your phone service provider for
details of this service.
To listen to your voice mail
messages, you have to dial your
voicemail access number manually.
Important:
If still remains on the display
even after you have listened to new
messages, turn it off by pressing and
holding 5 while viewing all voicemail

Troubleshooting

No dial tone
● Use only the telephone line cord
supplied.
● Check that the telephone line cord
is connected properly.
● Check that the mains power is
connected properly.
No display
● Check that the batteries are
inserted correctly and fully
charged. Use only approved
rechargeable batteries supplied.
● Reset the unit by removing the
batteries and disconnecting the
mains power. Wait for around
15 seconds before connecting
it again. Allow up to one minute
for the handset and base unit to
synchronize.
is not displayed
● Handset is out of range. Move
closer to the base unit.
● The handset registration is
cancelled. Register the handset to
the base unit, see page 32.
● Check that the mains power is
connected properly.
is not scrolling during
charge
● Adjust the handset slightly on the
base unit.
