- Page 8 INSTALL LEVELING LEGS GAS DRYER POWER HOOKUP Gas Supply Requirements Prepare dryer for leveling legs To avoid damaging floor, use a large flat piece of cardboard from dryer carton; place under entire back edge of dryer. Firmly grasp dryer body (not console panel) and gently lay dryer down on cardboard.

NOTE: The dryer must be level for the moisture sensing system to operate correctly. Using a 102 mm (4") clamp, connect vent to exhaust outlet in dryer.

Secure the power cord by seating the connection on the cord lock. Place the cord lock cover and push until it snaps. Make sure the power cord connection is seated on the cord lock and that the cord lock clamps correctly.
