PTT Switch
Switches transmission/reception.
Press to transmit and release to receive.
DWN Button
Press the DWN ( Down ) button to scan the frequency
downward.
FST Button
Allows switching the frequency variation ( step ) ,
working in the same way as the FAST button on the
transceiver front panel.
UP Button
Press the UP button to scan the frequency upward.
Microphone
Speak into the microphone in a normal tone of voice
with the microphone 5 cm away from the mouth.

TONE Switch
Switches transmission sound quality.
Slide to the "1" side to make the transmit audio flat.
Slide to the "2" side to emphasize transmit audio.
