Section 4 - Configuration
Domain Name System (DNS) servers convert URLs into IP addresses to make
it easier to navigate the internet. This screen allows you to manually configure
DNS servers if required by your ISP or if a custom configuration is needed
DNS IPv4/IPv6
Manual:
Enable this to specify name servers manually under Name Server
IPv4/IPv6.
Default Gateway:
If the Manual switch is set to disabled, apply below Interface setting
as default.
Interface:
Select the interface to which your DNS settings will apply.
Hosts
Click Add to add a manual entry for DNS resolution. Refer to Add
Add:
Hosts on page 58 for more information.
Click Delete to delete a selected host from the list
Delete:
IP address:
Indicates the IP address of the host.
Name:
Indicates the name of the host.
Click Apply when you are done.
