Registering a group dial number
1 Select (Setup) > Machine Setup > Next > Address Book > Phone
Book > View List > Group >

1 Select (Setup) > Machine Setup > Next > Address Book > Phone
Book > View List > Group on the touch screen.
Select the group dial number you want to edit.

Phone Book.
5 Press (Stop) button or home (

Printing address book
You can check your Address Book settings by printing a list.
1 Select (Setup) > Machine Setup > Next > Report > Address Book
on the touch screen.
Touch Yes when the confirmation windows appears.
