Held Job Timeout Sets the time to hold the temporarily stopped job.
Altitude Optimize print quality according to the machine's
Adjustment altitude.
If toner in the cartridge has run out, a message informing
Toner Low Alert the user to change the toner cartridge appears. You can
set the option for this message to appear or not.
Firmware Version Shows the product's firmware version.
Allows you to select the PDF type when saving the data as
a PDF file.
• Standard: Saves the data as a regular PDF.
• PDF/A: Saves the data as a PDF that has the necessary
information to render itself in any environment.
PDF Type
PDF/A file must be self-contained: it cannot rely
on another application to render fonts, open
hyperlinks, or execute scripts, audio files, or video
files.
Imports data stored on a USB memory stick to the
Import Setting
machine.
Exports data stored on the machine stick to a USB
Export Setting
memory.
Default Paper Size You can set the default paper size to use.

Auto Color The machine virtually prints certain patterned image to

enhances the colored image sharper and clearer, which
means the machine prints the colored image on the
paper more like the one in the monitor.
If you have moved the machine, it is strongly
recommended to operate this menu manually.
