Symptom: The scanned images are elongated

Have you cleaned all the rollers?
Have you adjusted the scan scale?
Set the scan scale. Which OS do you use?

Display the properties of the scanner that
you are
using on "Scanners and Cameras" in the
control
panel, then adjust the scan scale.
Right click the Scanner Control Center icon and select [Options] then adjust the scan scale.
