TRENDnet User's Guide
Port – Displays the port number.
Note: Applying port settings under the row marked "All" will apply settings to
all ports.
Admin – Enabled indicates PoE is turned on for the indicated port(s). Disabled
indicates that PoE is turned off for the indicated port(s).
Status – Displays if PoE power is currently being supplied indicated port(s) to a
connected powered device (PD).
Schedule – Allows you to apply a selected schedule. Please refer to the Power
over Ethernet (PoE) Scheduling for creating a new PoE schedule. After you have
created a new PoE schedule, the schedule will appear in the drop down list.
Power(mW) – Displays the power consumption on the indicated port in
milliwatts.
Voltage(V) – Displays the voltage used on the indicated port in volts.
Current(mA) – Displays the current used on the indicated port in milliamps.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) Scheduling

Management > PoE Scheduling
The controller allows to create schedules when PoE should be turned on or off for
specific PoE ports. Before creating a PoE schedule, please make sure the controller time
and date settings are set correctly under Configuration > Sites. PoE will be turned only
during the time period defined within the schedule range and turned off anytime
outside of the schedule range.
1. Log into your controller management page (see
management
page" on page 10).
2. Click on Management and click on PoE Scheduling.

3. Review the settings below. Click Apply to create the new schedule. After the new PoE
schedule is created, the PoE schedule will be available under the Management > PoE
section in the schedule column and can be applied individually for each PoE port.
Range Name – Enter a name or description for the new schedule.
Daily – By default, the schedule parameters are defined for a weekly period, by
selecting the starting day to ending day of the week. Checking daily will allow
you to define a time period that applies every day. Ex: 9:00AM – 5:00PM every
day.
From:Week – If creating a weekly schedule, select the starting day PoE should
be enabled.
To:Week – If creating a weekly schedule, select the ending day PoE should be
disabled.
From:Time(HH:MM) – Click the drop down lists to set the starting time PoE
should be enabled. If creating a weekly schedule, this will starting time only the
starting day set. If creating a daily schedule, this will be the starting time every
day.
To:Time(HH:MM) – Click the drop down lists to set the ending time PoE should
be disabled. If creating a weekly schedule, this will ending time only the ending
day set. If creating a daily schedule, this will be the ending time every day.
