4. Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the 'Off' position, then plug the unit into a 120 V outlet. 5. Set the Oven temperature to 425° – 450°F (218 – 230°C) and heat the empty Oven for 30 minutes until any odour/smoke disappears. NOTE: This odour or smoke is normal when conditioning the Oven for the first time and will not reoccur once the Oven is properly conditioned.
