A Eliminating faults
Fault
Despite the water tap at the draw-off
point being fully opened, the product
does not start.
The desired temperature is not
reached

Possible cause
The power supply to the product has
been interrupted.
The flow rate is too low. The flow
regulator in the tap fitting is calcified
or dirty.
The water inlet is interrupted.
The scald protection is activated
The product does not heat the water;
the cold water inlet temperature is
above 55 °C
Troubleshooting
Check the circuit breaker (fuse) and,
if required, switch it on.
Clean and/or descale the flow regu-
lator or, if required, replace it.
Purge the product and the cold water
supply pipe.
Contact a competent person
Reduce the cold water inlet temper-
ature
