Hydraulic Auxiliary Drive (HAD)

General notes
Vehicle with hydraulic auxiliary drive
The hydraulic auxiliary drive (special equipment) is
located at the wheel hubs on the front axle and can be
identified by the integrated hydraulic motor and the
hydraulic lines.
Remedy/measure if hydraulic auxiliary drive is
leaking:
• Switch off engine.

When the hydraulic auxiliary drive is intact, the vehicle
can be towed without restrictions.
• Remove propeller shaft.
• Tow the vehicle with the front axle raised.
