To assign IP addresses for 1 Beyond cameras, refer to the
documentation for your 1 Beyond
camera
model.
It is also recommended to change the camera names to match the global camera IDs that have
been designated in the Automate VX system software. For more information, refer to the
1 Beyond Camera Manager Product Manual

Use Remote Support

The Automate VX system can be configured from a laptop on the same subnet as the system
using the web browser interface. For advanced configurations, Remote Desktop can be used.
Professional Services can access your laptop using any remote access client.
In addition, TeamViewer Quick Support is available on the Automate VX system for remote
access if the system is connected to the network. This setup allows the field technician's laptop
to be made available for another use.
