KNOW YOUR BACKPACK ADAPTOR
See Figure 1.
The safe use of this product requires an understanding of
the information on the tool and in this operator's manual as
well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting. Before
use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating
features and safety rules.
ADAPTOR
Use the adaptor to power approved RYOBI 40V tools and
products.
ADJUSTABLE HARNESS
The backpack comes with fully adjustable shoulder and
waist straps to ensure user comfort and ease of operation.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled
or if any parts appear to be missing or damaged. Use of
a product that is not properly and completely assembled
or with damaged or missing parts could result in serious
personal injury.

FEATURES
BATTERY COVER
The battery cover protects the battery ports from moisture
and debris.
CARGO NET
The cargo net on the back of the product can hold small
items like MP3 players, phones, or RYOBI 40V integrated
chargers.
SEQUENTIAL ACTIVE BATTERY PORTS
The backpack has three active battery ports. Only one bat-
tery pack needs to be installed for operation. If three battery
packs are installed, each time a tool is turned on, it will pull
energy from the battery pack with the most charge.
