• Do not allow other people to interfere in any way with the user or equipment during a workout.
• Allow LCD consoles to "normalize" with respect to temperature for one hour before plugging the unit in and using.
• Do not stand or sit on plastic shrouds.
• Read all warnings on each product prior to starting a workout.
