CLEANING
Before transport or storage ensure machine is clean and free from
debris,if necessary clean with a soft & dry brush.
To clean the grass catcher, use water from a hose. Do not use high
pressure washer.
Keeping the bottom side of the cutter deck clean will improve
performance.
Keeping the battery pack attaching area clean.
Make sure that the system for attaching and connecting the battery
pack is free of dirt and grass clipping.
Do not use forced water and avoid wetting the motor or the electrical
components.
Do not use harsh products for cleaning the chassis.

TROUBLESHOOTING

MACHINE FAILS TO OPERATE
Possible cause
Battery pack discharged.
Isolator key not fully located.
Battery pack not fully inserted.
Battery pack too hot / cold.
Faulty battery pack.
MACHINE FUNCTIONS INTERMITTENTLY
Possible cause
Internal wiring of product damaged.
Motor / Electronics thermal protector has
activated.
External cabling damaged.
MOTOR START AND THEN STOPS IMMEDIATELY
Possible cause
Battery pack not fully charged.
Isolator key not fully located.
Battery pack not fully inserted.
Cutting-means wound with tough long grass.
Battery pack too hot / cold.
AREA OF CUT (BATTERY DURATION) NOT LARGE ENOUGH
Possible cause
Height of cut too low.
Grass too high.
Grass is dense.
Used battery pack life cycle.
Low battery level.

STORAGE

PREPARATION FOR STORING THE MACHINE
Ensure that isolator key and the battery pack are removed from the
machine before storing the machine.
Correct storage is essential for maintaining the life of the product. If
possible, avoid storage areas with high humidity which could cause
rust or corrosion.
End of season storage:
- Remove battery pack and store both machine and battery pack
in a dry and safe place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not place objects on top of the machine.
- When storing for extended periods, thoroughly clean the
product beforehand.
NOTE: See battery owners manual for battery pack storage
procedures.

Battery pack charging.
Check isolator key is fully in the ON (I)
position.
Fully insert battery pack.
Allow battery pack to warm up / cool down -
Check battery LED display.
Replace battery pack with a new one.

Allow motor / Electronics to cool and
increase height of cut.

pack if necessary.
