Operation
Preparation
Keep the packaging material for safe storage or transport
later.
f Check that the contents are complete.
f Check all the parts for possible transport damage.
f In case of transport damage, contact your dealer.
Safety
Caution! Damage due to incorrect power supply.
f Only operate the appliance with the voltage stated on
the nameplate or on the switch mode power supply.
f Only operate the appliance with the switch mode power
supply provided.
Charging the battery
1. Switch the appliance off using the on/off switch (Fig. 2a).
2. Connect the appliance plug on the switch mode power supply to
the charging stand socket (Fig. 4b - 1).

The appliance can also be connected directly to the
switch mode power supply for charging (Fig. 4a - 1).
·
Battery overcharging is prevented thanks to intelligent
charge management.
·
The ideal ambient temperature for charging is between
15 °C and 35 °C.
·
Do not expose the appliance to temperatures over 50 °C
for longer periods.
3. Connect the switch mode power supplyto the mains socket (Fig. 4b - 2).
4. Place the appliance in the charging stand (Fig. 4b - 3).
 Charging begins.

1. Switch the appliance off using the on/off switch (Fig. 2a).
2. Connect the appliance directly to the appliance plug on the switch
mode power supply (Fig. 4a - 1).
3. Connect the switch mode power supply to the mains socket
(Fig. 4b - 2).
 Charging begins.

During charging the battery charge status indicator (C)
blinks green
slowly. With a fully charged battery, the
battery charge status indicator is constantly green.
·
After the appliance has been removed from the charging
stand, the display goes out after approx. 20 seconds
(power saving mode).
