This section describes what to do when you have problems with operation.

When an error occurs

Errors are indicated by an error tone. When this happens, you can usually find out what the problem is as
shown below.

finalization.

Receipt paper end
Transaction cancel buffer full.
Finalization of a transaction attempted
without confirming the subtotal.
Finalize operation attempted without
entering amount tender.
Change amount exceeds preset limit.
Read/reset operation without declaring
cash in drawer. This error appears only
when this function is activated.
Action
Return the mode switch to its original
setting and finalize the operation.
Enter a clerk number.
Close the platen arm.
Close the cash drawer.
Replace the new paper roll.
Replace the new paper roll.
Finalize the transaction.
Press the s key.
Enter the amount tendered.
Input amount tendered again.
Perform money declaration.
