Exit the SP mode, and then turn OFF the power.
10. Remove the SD card form the SD card slot 2 (lower).
11. Install the SD slot cover.
• If the capacity of SD card is not enough to store the local user information, an
error message is displayed.
Carefully handle the SD card, which contains user information. Do not take it back
•
to your location.

5.10.3 UPLOAD

1.
Turn OFF the power.
2.
Remove the SD slot cover at the left rear side of the machine.
3.
Install the SD card, which has already been uploaded, into the SD card slot 2 (lower).
4.
Turn ON the power.
5.
Enter the SP mode.
6.
Do SP5-846-052 (Restore All Addr Book).
7.
Exit the SP mode, and then turn OFF the power.
8.
Remove the SD card form the SD card slot 2 (lower).
9.
Install the SD slot cover.
The counter in the user code information is initialized after uploading.

The information of an administrator and supervisor cannot be downloaded nor
•
uploaded.
If there is no data of address book information in the SD card, an error message is
•
displayed.
