    Dive Modes The Descent G1 device supports six dive modes. Each dive mode has four phases: dive pre-check, surface display, in-dive, and post-dive. During the pre-dive check, you can confirm the dive settings before you start diving (Dive Setup, page 6).

    Training Status Levels Training status shows you how your training affects your fitness level and performance. Your training status is based on changes to your training load and VO2 max. over an extended time period. You can use your training status to help plan future training and continue improving your fitness level.

Training load focus shows you how much of your training is currently in each category and provides training targets.
