CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning:
• Before cleaning the device, make sure that it has stopped working and
then removed the plug from the socket. In other case, may result in electric
shock.
• Do not wash the appliance with water. Electric shock or damage may result.
• Do not use harsh detergents such as solvents, petrol, etc. to clean the
device. This may damage or deform the appearance of the device
1. Grille and Case
To clean the case:
When there is dust on the case, use soft towel to dust it off.
To clean the grill:
Use a dust catcher, a vacuum cleaner or brush.
2. Filters
Regular cleaning of the fi lter optimizes the performance of the device while
keeping your space clean. For best results, fi lters should be cleaned every
month. If the indoor air is excessively polluted, the fi lters may need to be
cleaned more often.
Prefi lter Cleaning:
Wash the Pre-Filter with lukewarm water and neutral soap. Dry it thoroughly in
a shady place before reinstalling it. Do not dry the Pre-Filter with a hair dryer
or other heating device and do not expose it to direct sunlight. They may catch
fi re, deform and damage. Make sure they are dry well before repositioning. Do
not use an electrostatic cloth or brush to clean the Pre-Filters. They can be
damaged.
Hygienic Filter Cleaning:
Do not clean HEPA13/ACTIVE CARBON fi lter with water. Clean it with a
vacuum cleaner or shake it outdoors.
Signs of a worn-out fi lter
Noise, reduced air fl ow, clogged fi lters, unpleasant odor. The fi lter needs to be
replaced by a new one when changes color from white to gray or black. If the
HEPA fi lter remains white, there is no need to change the fi lters.
