• DO NOT place the device near fl ammable gases or liquids or
other fl ammable materials such as gasoline, petrol, solvent etc.
Electric shock or fi re may result.
• Make sure the power cord plug is fi rmly and securely plugged
in. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or fi re.
• Do not start or shut off the appliance by plugging in or unplugging
the power cord. Electric shock may result.
• If you hear unusual noise from the device or notice a smoke or
unusual odor, shut it off immediately and unplug. Failure to do
so may result in electric shock or fi re.
• Do not use the appliance on loose or damaged sockets. Doing
so may result in electric shock or fi re.
• DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands or in an environment
with excessive moisture. Electric shock may result.
• Turn off the appliance and unplug it before cleaning to avoid the
risk of electric shock.
• Do not clean / soak the appliance with water or any other liquid.
Water can enter the device and damage its insulation and cause
electric shock. If water or other liquid enters the appliance,
immediately unplug the appliance and inform your authorized
service. Electric shock may result.
• To avoid possible cuts, do not touch the metal parts of the
appliance when removing or replacing the fi lters. Injury may
result.
• Do not block air inlets / outlets. Reduced airfl ow can damage
the device or greatly reduce its performance.
• Do not pull out the power cord to unplug. It may cause electric
shock or damage.
• ALWAYS shut off the appliance and unplug it when you are not
going to use it for a long time. This will save energy and reduce
the risk of accidents.
• Place the device on a solid, fl at fl oor, capable of supporting
