Front Seat Folding Mattress
The captain seats located on the passenger side of the vehicle can be configured into a single bed arrangement with the
optional folding mattress. Use the following procedure to create this single front bed configuration.
Front captain seat controls
• • Lower the front seat base as far as possible. To do this, look on the outboard side of the front seat, and you will see three
knobs.
• • Turn the front seat base height knob clockwise until the front of the seat base is as low as possible.
• • Push down on the rear seat base height lever until the back of the seat base is as low as possible.
• • Use the recline knob to put the seat back in an upright position.
• • Turn both passenger side captain seats around so that the backs of the chair are toward the aisle, and the seats face the
passenger side doors. You will have to slide the rear seat forward before you can swivel it. Slide both seats all the way back
in their tracks - as far toward the aisle as possible.
• • Open the optional folding mattress and find the notch in one corner of the larger central panel. This notch lines up with the
seatbelt in the rear seat. The side that goes toward the doors is relatively flat - this notch is the inboard side toward the
back when the folding mattress is correctly oriented.
• • Place the mattress so that it sits across both the front and second row captain seats.
