10. Remove the lock washer and the pin. Discard the
lock washer and use a new one.
Note: Apply grease between the lock washer and
the washer.
11. Remove the stop switch lever.
12. Install in the opposite sequence.
7.15.2 To disassemble and assemble the control
handle EBZ8560
1. Disconnect the throttle cable. Refer to
and connect the throttle cable on page 19 .
2. Disconnect the stop switch cables. Refer to
remove and install the ignition module on page 23 .
3. Remove the 2 screws and the control handle.

4. Remove the stop switch ccover.
5. Remove the 2 screws and the control handle cover.
To disconnect
6. Lift and disconnect the stop switch (A).
To
7. Disconnect the throttle cable (B).
8. Remove the throttle lever screw (C), the throttle
plate (D) and the throttle lever (E).
