Test■item
Checks whether all the LED lamps light properly or not.
1) Press the [C3] key.
2) Confirm that all LED lamps light.
3) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item, and LED lamps are turned off.
Checks whether all the red LED lamps light properly or not.
1) Press the [D3] key.
2) Confirm that all red LEDs are lit.
3) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item, and LED lamps are turned off.
Checks whether all the green LED lamps light properly or not.
1) Press the [E3] key.
2) Confirm that all green LEDs are lit.
3) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item, and LED lamps are turned off.
Checks whether the MASTER VOLUME slider works properly or not.
1) Press the [D#3] key.
2) Set the MASTER VOLUME slider to the minimum position.
3) Set the MASTER VOLUME slider to the maximum position.
4) When the test result is OK, the C4 sine wave sound is produced (for 1 second).
For the NG test result, no sound is produced.
5) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item.
Caution:
Move the master volume from the minimum position to the maximum position and check
that the volume can be moved smoothly without producing abnormal sounds.
Checks whether the Soft Pedal (Pedal 1) works properly or not.
1) Connect the pedal unit to the [PEDAL UNIT] terminal before turning on the power.
2) Press the [G#3] key of the keyboard. When testing is started, the C3 sine wave sound
is produced.
3) When the soft pedal is pressed, the C4 sine wave sound is produced.
4) When the pedal is released, the C4 sine wave sound is stoped and the test result is
OK.
For the NG test result, the C4 sine wave sound is produced continuously (until any
key is pressed).
5) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item.
Checks whether the Sostenuto Pedal (Pedal 2) works properly or not.
1) Connect the pedal unit to the [PEDAL UNIT] terminal before turning on the power.
2) Press the [A#3] key of the keyboard. When testing is started, the C3 sine wave sound
is produced.
3) When the Sostenute pedal is pressed, the C4 sine wave sound is produced.
4) When the pedal is released, the C4 sine wave sound is stoped and the test result is
OK.
For the NG test result, the C4 sine wave sound is produced continuously (until any
key is pressed).
5) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item.
Checks whether the Damper Pedal (Pedal 3) works properly or not.
1) Connect the pedal unit to the [PEDAL UNIT] terminal before turning on the power.
2) Press the [C#4] key of the keyboard. When testing is started, the C3 sine wave sound
is produced.
3) When the Damper pedal is pressed, the G4 sine wave sound is produced and when it
is pressed further, the C4 sine wave sound is produced.
4) When the pedal is released, the C4 sine wave sound is stoped and the test result is
OK. For the NG test result, the C4 sine wave sound is produced continuously (until
any key is pressed).
5) Press the lowest key to exit the TEST item.
