Using the Operation Panel
g Ink Replace button
Press this button to start the procedure to replace an ink tank. After
setting the printer offline line by pressing the Online button, press this
button to prepare the printer for ink tank replacement and to unlock the
right cover.
The lamps on the operation panel indicate the following states.
a Online lamp
On:
Printer is online and ready for operation.
Flashing:
Printer is warming up or busy.
Off:
Printer is offline or power is switched off.
b Message lamp
On:
A warning is displayed.
Flashing:
An error has occurred.
Off:
Printer is ready for normal operation or power is switched off.
