S t a t u s P r i n t
Line 1:
Displays the name of the menu or submenu.
Line 2:
Displays an item for selection. A right arrow ( ) indicates that items
are available for selection on the same level. A down arrow ( )
indicates that items are available for selection at the next lower level.
Current Selection

Line 1:
Displays the name of the submenu.
Line 2:
Displays the item or value of the setting. A setting prefixed with an
equals sign (=) indicates the current selection. A right arrow ( )
indicates that items are available for selection on the same level.
Error Message Display

Line 1, Line 2:
Displays an error message if the printer requires attention, and the
printer stops printing. After correcting the problem, press the Online
button.
Line 2 only:
Displays error messages, but the print job can continue. In the Setup
Menu the printer can be set to not display error messages.

If an error message is displayed, note the message and refer to Chapter 6
