Safety regulations for the use
This model row of the circular saw is intended for cut
and line concrete, stone and tile.
The machine is only suitable for right-hand use.
There is a possibility of a stationary installation of
the tool by use of some special accessories.
The devices, with their many-sided offer of
accessories, can be used among other things for
curves as well as cuts of a circle. You find in the
specialized trade or on our website our assortment
of accessories which allows an extensive application
for the use.
The following listed safety instructions should serve
you for the right use and for the protection of your
own safety. Therefore please read this very carefully.
When passing this device over to a third person,
these instructions must be handed out, too.
Please, read and take note of the following
comments that regard your protection against
electric shock and risk of injury and fire:

Verify that the power supply in your area is
compatible with the voltage listed on the machine
•
Check
the
electric
connections for any damage
•
Connect the power lead to the mains only with
the tool turned off
•
Always turn on the tool before setting it against
the piece you are working on
•
Adopt protective measures against electric
shock. Avoid body contact with earthed parts,
such as metal pipes, radiators, cooking ranges,
refrigerators and the like
•
Large variations in temperature can lead to
condensation on live part. Before use: Give the
machine time to adjust to the temperature of the
work area
•
Do not use machines, tools and recommended
accessories for works other than those for which
they are designed!
•
Secure the workpiece. Use clamping devices ora
vise to hold the workpieces securely
•
To avoid accidents, do not wear jewelery or loose
clothing that could be caught up by moving parts.
It is recommended to wear protective footwear and
gloves. Long hair should be tied up
•
When dust, splinters or shavings area problem
while working, or when working overhead, please,
wear protective eyewear and, if necessary, a
protective mask
•
In the case of loud noise, wear earprotection
•
Be sure you always have safe footing, when

working on floors, ladders and scaffoldings
•
Keep electric tools away from humidity and rain.
Do not immerse
•
When working outdoors, only use approved
tools and extension cables marked for outdoor use
•
Do not use the equipment in areas where danger
of explosion exists
•
Only have repairs done by specialists using
original parts
WARNING: The consumption of alcohol,
medication and drugs, plus states of
illness, fever and fatigue will affect your
ability to react. Do not use electric tools
in any of these situations.
•
Keep electric tools away from children
•
Store electric tools in the original box in a safe
place and out of the reach of children
•
When not in use, during breaks, when doing
adjustment works, changing accessories or during
repair, always unplug the cable
•
Never carry the tool by the cable. Never unplug
the tool by pulling on the cable
•
Make sure that all devices screening the saw
blade are in perfect working order.
•
Make sure that the saw blade is screened
correctly
•
Do not use diamond cutting blades which do
not meet the specifications stated in this manual
•
Before sawing, remove all nails and other metal
objects from the workpiece
•
Never start sawing before the saw reaches its full
speed
•
The circular saw maybe removed from the
workplace only after it is switched off and the
cutting blade has stopped
•
Never try to slow the saw blade down by exerting
pressure on the side.
•
Make sure that the diameter of the internal
flange lug corresponds with the internal opening of
the saw blade
•
Use only sharp, flawless saw blades. Replace
immediately cracked, bent or dull saw blades
•
Direction of the arrow on the cutting blade must
always match the direction of the arrow on the
circular saw protective case
•
Any removal of circular saw guard devices before
sawing is forbidden
•
Damaged or faulty safety devices have to be
replaced immediately
•
While sawing small workpieces that are too light
to be securely positioned under their own weight,
clamping devices must be used.
•
Any sawing of asbestos-containing workpieces
