The pack aging material is

must collect and dispose the waste from electrical
and electronic equipment separately.
In future, if you need to dispose this appliance, do
not throw it with other household waste. Please return

1. Safety

1.1 For Children
Avoid accidents. After unpacking the washing machine,
keep the packaging materials away from children.
Do not allow the washing machine to be operated by
children, even when it is OFF.
This product is not intended to be used by persons (inclu-
ding children) with physical, sensory or mental disabilities,
or by persons with no experience and knowledge, unless
they have received instructions regarding the use of the
product or under the supervision of a person responsible
for their safety.
It is recommended that children be supervised to
ensure that they are not playing with the product.
1.2 For User/Installer
IMPORTANT
• Turn OFF the washing machine from the
socket during cleaning or maintenance.
• Never disconnect the washing machine
from the outlet by pulling out the cord.
Use the plug.
• Do not change the plug of your washing
machine.
• Do not hold, twist or tie the power cord.
Do not try to fix it. If it is damaged, call the
Electrolux Service Center to avoid risks.
• M ake sure that the washing machine
does not rest over the cord.
• I t i s d a n g e r o u s t o c h a n g e t h e
specifications or characteristics of the
machine.
• Never install the washing machine over
sewage drains, because the foam which
returns from it can damage the product.
• Never install the washing machine on
carpets.
WARNING
Never leave lit candles or incense on the
product, which leads to fire.
1.3 Automatic Lid Lock
Your product has an automatic safety lock on the
lid to prevent accidents. This lock only operates
during the spin and drain cycles.
At the end of the spin cycle or after any
interruption of the spin process, wait a few
minutes before opening the lid. This time is
enough to avoid accidents.
