6. Setting assessment criteria (Average Mode)

*In case of Smart function ON
Open "1. Smart Function" menu from the
setting menu
Touch "Assessment".
Turn ON Average mode and Touch "Average
mode"
(Blue : ON、Black : OFF)
Set 5 rivets you use to collect the riveting
data.
Cursor moves rightward every setting
automatically.
If you want/need to get new data, touch the
value of result you want to change and set a
rivet again.
After completing, touch "Criteria" icon to set
Criteria icon
the ranges for Stroke and Force.
Set the ranges for Stroke and Force. Touch
the range value you want to change with Up-
Down icons.
*Default settings : 20% each
Note, if you set the range to too small one, it
has a potential that NOK occurs frequently.
Reference measurement accuracies are as
follows.
Stroke :±0.5mm
Force :±500N~1,000N
After setting, touch "Back Home" icon.
