U9500 Maintenance Guide
1. Take a sub-board and tear
away the release paper on it.
Step 5 Install components on the PCBA.
4. Fasten the flashlight BTB connector.
Take a piece of flashlight, tear away the
release paper on it, and tighten the BTB
connector as shown in the above picture.

Slide the main microphone enhancer board into the latches at
one end and then press the board to secure it.
1. Take a piece of PCBA.
Attach conductive foam, as
shown in the above picture.

5. Install the flashlight
Press the BTB connector for a
while to tightly attach the
flashlight to the PCBA.

2. Attach the sub-board to the front cover.
Align the sub-board positioning hole with
the positioning pin on the front cover.
Attach the sub-board to the front cover,
and press the two parties. Do not press
other pins or components when you press
the sub-board.
Tighten the screws on the sub-board: the
electric screwdriver must be set to the low
speed and the torque to 0.6 kgf*cm.
4. Install the main FPC.
Tear away the release paper on the
part of the FPC that is due to attach
to the battery compartment. Attach
this part to the battery compartment
with the two positioning holes on this
part aligned with the positioning pins
on the battery compartment. Attach
the part of the FPC that is due to
attach to the front cover with the two
positioning holes on this part with the
positioning pins on the front cover.
Insert the two LEDs into the
positioning slot on the front cover.
Install the main microphone
reinforcing plate to the front cover.
The FPC by the vibrator
must be properly attached
without tilts.
2. Attach conductive foam to
the front camera, as shown
the above picture.
6. Install the shielding cover.
Take a piece of shielding cover and
press the edges of the shielding
cover to install it to the PCBA.

3. Take a piece of main FPC.
Tear away the release paper
on the tail part on the FPC and
that on the front cover.
Tear away the release paper
in the battery compartment
and attach the LCD FPC
(black) to the compartment.
Ensure that the LCD FPC is
well positioned.
Note: Do not bend the two
FPC at the point, as shown
in the picture.
3. Install the front camera.
Fasten the camera BTB
connector and place the
camera into the positioning
frame.
