Do not connect the scanner to your computer before installing
"ScanSnap Manager."
If the scanner is connected before installing ScanSnap Manager, it will
not operate correctly.
For the installation of ScanSnap Manager, refer to page 14

(Acrobat Reader™) or an equivalent PDF-supported application, or
ScanSnap Organizer.
