When This Type of Copy is Produced
Symptom
The Image is too light.
The Image is too dark.
The Copy is blurry.
The Copy has dark specks or
spots.
Possible Cause
The manual exposure level is set
on the lighter side.
The message "Please add Toner."
is shown on the Touch Panel.
The paper is damp.
In cases other than the above.

The manual exposure level is set
on the darker side.
The entire surface of the Original
Glass is dirty.
The original is not held tightly
against the Original Glass.

Feed Belt is dirty.
The original is very thin or highly
transparent.
The original is two-sided.
