Grill cooking guide

For advice on using the grill functions which can be used to grill meat, fi sh & seafood, see the guides that follow:
• Grilling meat on grill guide as shown on page 29.
• Grilling fi sh & seafood guide as shown on page 30.

Grilling meat guide

1 Trim excess fat from meat.
2 Cut fat, making sure you do not cut into the lean (This will stop the fat curling).
Food
Lamb chops:
(2.5 cm (1 ") thick)
Sausages:
(2.5 cm(1 ") thick)
Fish fi llets:
1 cm (1/2 ") thick
1.5 cm (1/2 ")
Microwave oven and grill

Instructions
1 Baste the lamb chops with oil or melted
butter.
2 Thin lamb chops should be placed on the rack.
3 Thick lamb chops can be placed on to a drip
tray.
4 Turn the lamb chops over after halfway
cooking time.
5 Turn frequently.
1 Brush the fi sh fi llets with melted butter.
2 Turn over halfway through cooking.
