Troubleshooting

SYMPTOMS
1. The blower pump or
whirlpool pump
does not start.
2. Motor starts, not all
jets are functioning.
3. Whirlpool stops
automatically.
4. The LED light does not
stop when press
the LED On/Off button.

PROBABLE CAUSES
A. Controller is not power on.
B. User keypad cable loose or
damaged.
C. User keypad does not work.
D. Pump does not work.
A. Jet is closed.
B. Jet not installed correctly.
C. Jets are blocked.
A. GFCI, ELCB, or RCD tripped.
A. User keypad cable loose or
damaged.
B. User keypad does not work.
RECORRECTIVE ACTION
A. Set/reset GFCI, ELCB, or RCD breaker; check
wiring.
B. Check wire connections. If necessary,
replace user keypad.
C. Replace user keypad.
D. Replace pump.
A. Turn the jet clockwise to open.
B. Reinstall jet; check for o-ring damage.
C. Remove blockage.
A. Identify source of fault, and correct.
A. Check wire connections. If necessary, replace
user keypad.
B. Replace user keypad.
