Fitting the fan

1. Mount fan D.
Note
Ensure the gasket between the fan
housing and the boiler door is cor-
rectly seated.
Replace the gasket if damaged.
2. Plug connecting cables a-Ö and a-
ÖA into the fan.

Making the burner electrical connections

Please note
Never allow cables/leads to
come into contact with hot com-
ponents.
Secure all cables/leads with
cable ties if necessary.
Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
3. Secure Venturi mixing pipe C with
gas train A on fan D and plug in
connecting cables/lines if neces-
sary.
4. Close the boiler door and tighten the
screws on the boiler door evenly and
diagonally.

Torque: 40 Nm.

5. Secure fitting B to the gas supply
pipe.
Torque: 40 Nm.
Danger
Escaping gas leads to a risk of
explosion.
Check the fitting and gasket
between the fan housing and the
boiler door for gas tightness.
