CAUSE
Difference between Guide Filter and Tub I.
Scratch or edge part of Tub I, Pulsator, Pulsator
Screw.
Flash or gate of Cover Tub O and Balancer.
Not proper water level (Textile is too much).
Nut Pulley fix is loosed.
There's some slip between Brake Band (Rining)
and Drum.
There's some playing of helical Sun Gear up and
down.
The gap between rotor and stator of Motor is
irregular.
Motor Pulley is cracked.
Bolt and Nut of the Motor Pulley are loosed or
cracked.
Pulsator Touches the Tub I.
There's some slip between Motor Pulley and
V-Belt.
Some alien substances are in the Tub (coins,
clips, buttons, etc.).
Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Drain Housing was clogged with remains.

SOLUTION
Reassemble or change the Guide Filter.
Remove the flash, round the edge part or
change the scratched parts (especially the edge
of the lower part of Guide Filter).
Remove the flash and edge part of Cover Tub O
and Balancer.
Take a proper water level.
Tighten the Nut with a toothed washer.
Do some aging by turning the Tub I c.w. direction
or change the Gear Mechanism for a new one,
but it will not cause failure.
Change the Gear Mechanism for a new one, but
it will not cause failure.
Change the Motor for a new one, but it will not
cause failure.
Change the Motor Pulley for a new one.
Thighten or change the Bolt and Nut.
Change the Pulsator for a new one or cut out the
touching part of Pulsator.
Adjust the tension of V-Belt.
Eliminate the alien substances.
Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Clean the Drain Housing.
