Proof Print
Making a Trial Printing
It allows the machine to output one copy
and pause the printing
operation before printing
the remaining copies.
1.Open the document
file in your
computer.
2.Go to the printer
driver.
3.Click [Basic]
4.In [Output Method],
select [Proof Print]
5.Specify the number
of copies
6.Execute printing
7.Only one copy is
printed.
Machine Setting
8.Touch [Job List] on the
Home Screen.
9.Touch [Release Held Jobs]in
[Active].
10.Select the job you want to
print. Touch [Start]
11. If want to delete a job,
