Check plate heat exchanger (Combi boiler only)
1. Close shutoff valves on heating water and domestic
hot water sides of the boiler and drain.
2. Loosen mounting screws of the control unit and
swing down control unit A.
3. Disassemble siphon.
4. Disconnect connector of the comfort sensor B.
5. Loosen mounting screws C and remove plate heat
exchanger D by pulling towards you.
IMPORTANT
Small amounts of residual water may escape when
disassembling or upon disassembly of plate heat
exchanger.
6. Check domestic hot water connections for limescale,
clean and, if required, replace plate heat exchanger.
7. Install in reverse sequence.
IMPORTANT
Apply lubricant to gaskets and place gaskets in the
connections of the aqua-plate.
