TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCEDURES TROUBLE SHOOTING PROCEDURES
Symptoms
No water fills in via inlet
valve
No drainage when
pressing the heavy and
slight drainage button
Too high or too low water
level
Leak of the toilet and
squat
No flushing
(Indicator not flashing)
No flushing or poor
flushing while the indicator
can flash
The button was stuck.

Probable Causes
1. The inlet valve is closed
2. Floating box of inlet valve is blocked by tank wall
3.Floating box of inlet valve is block by waste
1. Long screw is tighten too far.
2. Pole lock is not locked tight enough with the
reversed lock.
Water level of the inlet valve is not appropriate
1. The outlet valve is not installed tight enough
with the outlet hole.
2. The rubber gasket of the outlet valve is blocked
by waste.
3. Swing pole of the motor box is stucked.
1. No power or mistake connected.
2. There is an object within the sensing distance.
3. The sensing window needs cleaning.
1. Connector is loosen.
2. Waterway is jammed
3. Motor box assy. is break.
4. Long flush lever and short flush lever are not
linked to the leverage properly.
The button was stuck by wire in the power box.
1.进水角阀没有打开
2.进水阀的浮筒被水箱壁顶住
3.进水阀的浮筒被杂物粘住
1.长螺杆拧得过前
2.杠杆扣与倒扣没有扣紧
1.排水阀未能装紧在排水头上

Recommended Action

1. Open inlet valve(refer to page 14)
2. Adjust floating box to appropriate position
3. Wash the floating box with clean water
1. Loosen the long screw, make sure the sign
the long screw accords with the hole on
(refer to page 9).
2. Relock the pole lock with the reversed lock.
Readjust water level (refer to page 15)
1. Retighten the outlet valve (refer to page 15)
2. Clean the rubber gasket of the outlet valve.
3. Remove the motor box and place the swing
pole manually to reset position.(See Page 18).
1. Check the power connect.
2. Remove the object or reduce the sensing
distance.
3. Clean the window.
1. Check connector for connection.
2. Check the waterway
3. Make sure the power supply normal, and
plug off the power cord connector, Re-plug
in after 2 sec.
4. Tighten the link of long flush lever, short
flush lever and the leverage.
Open the cover, arrange the layout of wire
again.
1.把进水角阀打开（参照14页）
2.调整浮筒到合适位置
3.应用水清洗干净浮筒
1.旋转长螺杆，使长螺杆标记对上固定孔（参照9页）
2.重新扣紧杠杆扣与倒扣

1.重新拧紧排水阀（参照15页）
2.排水阀封水片
3.将电机盒取下，并手动将摆杆置于复位状态
（参照18页）
1.检查电源连接
2.清理物体
3.清洁窗口
1.检查接插件连接
2.检查水路
3.检查电源连接是否正常，并断开电源输入2秒后重
新上电
4.将大冲拉杆、小冲拉杆与杠杆扣扣紧
打开面板，重新布线
