When selecting the Pixel or Rainbow pattern, you can choose from a
wide variety of styles. The available styles appear in a sub-menu.

Note
You can use only one Rainbow, one Pixel, and one Video Pattern

borders on a page, both objects have the same color, style, and

When you work on the Editing Screen, the patterns displayed are those
used for the page in which the cursor is located. Move the cursor to a
different page with different patterns and the screen changes accord-

Tips on Using Patterns and Rainbows
Because rainbow patterns are so bright, use them sparingly. If you see

pattern with video, or choose a less vibrant pattern.
When using complex patterns, pay special attention to the choice of
title style and size to avoid making titles hard to read. Complex pat-
terns might not be apparent when used as outlines or shadows.
If you add a rainbow to a border with a scrolling effect, the rainbow
appears to move inside the border. You can also do this with pixel pat-

The result is an interesting video-on-video effect.
