What to do if...
Problem Reason
Battery Icon is flashing • Batteries are flat.
• Memory readings can be
called up, but measure-
ments are not possible.
Err 1 Cuff is not wrapped on
the wrist well (too loose).
Err 2 • Arm moved during infla-
tion measurement.
• Systolic pressure is
above 280mmHg
Err 3 Data transfer from
device to PC error, data
can not be successfully
transferred.
No display No information on the
display screen.
Measurements appear Blood pressure varies
too high or too low constantly during the
day. Many factors such
as stress, time of day,
talking, coughing, laugh-
ing, moving etc. when
measuring will influence
the reading.
Prior to measurement, Positioning system (A)
the positioning system is deactivated.
(A) on the display does
not work.

Solution
Insert new batteries.
Rewrap the cuff tighter
on the wrist.
Please do not move arm
or speak when you take
a measurement.
Please pull out the USB
cable from device, shut
down the device and
transfer again.
Check the battery
installation for proper
installation of the
batteries' polarities
Please read "key rules for
accurate blood pressure
measurements" and
"taking a measurement"
Refer to the chapter
«select mode» to activate
the positioning system
(A).
