Meaning
The charging infrastructure is wired incor-
rectly.
The charging process is interrupted.
The control unit has a technical defect.
Possible fault cause: Software error or load
relay switched incorrectly.
The charging process is interrupted.

The light indicator of the On/Off button on
the control unit is defective.

Remedy

Disconnect the charger from the power supply.

Have the power grid/house connection checked by a
qualified electrician.

Disconnect the charger from the power supply and recon-
nect it to the power supply after 60 seconds.

If the fault persists, have the control unit checked by
a qualified specialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer
and have the power grid/house connection checked by
a qualified electrician.

dealer/authorized Porsche dealer.
