9. Connect the other end of signal cable to the VGA port of the PC system. Make sure the cable
head is securely connected.
10. Plug the female end of the power cord into the AC adaptor.
11. Connect the male end of the power cord into a wall socket.
12. Turn on your computer, and then turn on your LCD Monitor.
NOTE
For added protection, it is recommended to use a Surge Protection device plugged between
the AC Adapter and the electrical wall outlet to prevent the effects of sudden current
variations from reaching the LCD Monitor. Sudden peaks of electricity may cause damage to
the Monitor

OPERATING THE MONITOR

The LCD monitor has been preset at the factory with the Timing shown in Appendix to create optimal
picture. Users are also able to adjust the picture to the desired brightness and sharpness by following
the instructions.
Buttons
1 EXIT / AUTO Exit the OSD (On Screen Display) / Activate

Adjust sub-setting bars i.e. CONTRAST,

values of the OSD.

values of the OSD.
Green – Normal operation
6 LED power Red – Off Mode (reduced power
status display consumption < 5W when not receiving
horizontal and/or vertical sync signal)
7 Power Switch For turning ON/OFF the monitor
