1. Push up the roof tiles in accordance with the
dimensions shown in Fig. 6 on page 11.
2. Secure the timber with screws to the rafters at the
top of the uncovered rows of tiles. For dimensions,
see Fig. 6.
3. Hook the roof hooks into the timber in accordance
with the dimensions. For dimensions, see "Distribu-
tion of roof hooks or mounting brackets" from
page 6
4. Remove the drip tabs and protrusions from the roof
tiles where the roof hooks are to be fitted.

5. Secure the roof hooks with screws. Position the
roof tiles.
6. Continue with chapter "Fitting the mounting rails"
on page 16.
Note
The timbers provided are designed for existing battens
of 24 x 48 mm to 30 x 50 mm. In the case of thicker
battens or particularly tall roof tiles, support the timbers
from below on site so that there is a clearance without
any pressure load between the roof hook and roof tile.
