PREPARE TRACTOR
WARNING: Shut off and remove ignition key,
disengage PTO switch (off) and set parking
brake prior to installation.
1. Remove all other attachments to tractor. Refer to
the Owner/Operator manuals provided with the
attachments and tractor for removal.
2. Place reflectors on the rear of unit (Figure 4).

IMPORTANT: Wheel weights MUST be installed on
tractor when using Sno-Thro attachment. Refer to table
below to find appropriate kit number to use with your
tractor.
Model 836011 (936 Sierra Series or
YT & GLT 400 Series)
Model 834035 (934 High Sierra
Series, YT2248, GLT 500 Series)
NOTE: Tire chains are recommended for best traction
when operating on ice and/or packed snow when using
Sno-Thro attachment (they are NOT recommended for
bare asphalt or concrete surfaces.)
ATTACH FRONT MOUNTING BRACKETS
1. For model 834035, install the left and right pivot
frame mounts to the front of the tractor frame with
four self tapping screws. Install the mounts inside
the tractor frame. It may be necessary to drill the
four .406 diameter holes (two each side) on the
front of the tractor frame (Figure 5).
