Scanning fault messages

If any faults have occurred in your heat-
ing system, the symbol " " flashes on
the display and "Fault" is shown.
The heating contractor uses fault mes-
sages to quickly pinpoint the cause of
your boiler's fault. This can reduce the
time required to resolve the fault and
therefore also your costs.
Make a note of the fault message dis-
played so you can tell your heating con-
tractor what it is. This makes prepara-
tions easier and may save extra travel
expenses.

■ If a fault occurs, shut the sys-
tem down and make it safe.
■ Contact your heating contrac-
tor immediately.
■ Rectify the fault immediately or
have a heating contractor rec-
tify it if necessary.
■ When rectifying the fault, no-
one else should be present in
the danger zone around the
heating system.
