Installing Memory

This motherboard provides four 240-pin DDRIII DUAL INLINE MEMORY MODULES
(DIMM) socket for DDRIII memory expansion available from minimum memory volume of
1GB to maximum memory volume of 8GB DDR SDRAM .

Bank 0, 1 (DIMM1)

Recommend DIMM Module Combination
1. One DIMM Module ----Plug in DIMM1
2. Two DIMM Modules---Plug in two slots of the same color for Dual channel function.
3. Four DIMM Modules---Plug in DIMM1/DIMM2/DIMM3/ DIMM4 .
For Dual channel Limited!
1. Dual channel function only supports when 2 DIMM Modules plug in two slots of the same
color, or 4 DIMM Modules plug in DIMM1/DIMM2/DIMM3/ DIMM4.
2. DIMM Modules must be the same type, same size, and same frequency for dual channel
function.
Install DDR SDRAM modules to your motherboard is not difficult, you can refer to figure
below to see how to install a 240-Pin DDRIII 800/DDRIII 1066.
NOTED! When you install DIMM module fully into the DIMM socket, the eject tab
should be locked firmly and fit into its indention on both sides.
WARNING! This motherboard only supports DDRIII 800/1066 or higher frequency-
compliant DDRIII Modules.
